All PROTOCOL XXVII products are produced on demand and fulfilled by our production partner.

Processing

Orders are made specifically after purchase. Production time is separate from shipping time.

We currently ship to:

• EFTA countries

Additional destinations may be added in the future.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination.

We offer free shipping on orders over €99 for eligible EU and UK orders.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout whenever available. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, production time, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been shipped.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments
